Are you happy today? Are you in joy today? No??? But whyyyyy? Whatever it is for, remember the ultimate reason can only be YOU! Only you have the power and ability to manipulate your own emotions. In that instance, to be happy or to not be happy is your own decision. If happiness is one of the products in a store, by now all of us would have wasted so much of money getting it without even putting our own effort to create it by ourselves. When asked, some even said that they are too busy in their life that they can't even make time to search for happiness. YOU CAN SPARE TIME TO LOOK FOR MONEY,BUT NOT FOR HAPPINESS??? Come on, we are all living a life without knowing till when we are going to live and when we'll be gone forever so we rather cherish our time in this world and enjoy whatever we are doing to keep our own mind,body and soul at its best.
So, instead of pressuring you people to look for happiness, I came up with an idea to share with you 25 WAYS ON HOW TO BE IN SEVENTH HEAVEN and have that peace in mind? -based on my personal knowledge and thoughts-
- Listen to you favorite songs.....Songs with positive lyrics can definitely lift your mood!
- Talk to your favorite person...Be it a guy or a girl, as long as talking to that person can make you feel so much better.⚯
- EAT 'em foods that can make you happy from the first bite till the last bite and even after that!๐๐๐
- COFFEE...you can relate this to yourself if you are a coffee person and that is definitely ME! Coffee is LIFE and coffee is also known as a mild anti-depressant.๐ต๐ต๐ต
- Stalk your favorite person on social media...Sometimes getting information about someone you admire so much can make you feel good.๐๐๐
- Read posts by inspirational people...Most of their posts will be based on a true life story and it can get you inspired!๐๐๐
- Talk to someone you have never talked before...You can share a lot of different stories with them!
- Read a story book!...Any story book,be it a romantic one or a horror one as long as it can make you feel relaxed.๐๐
- Go on a backpack journey all alone or with someone that will be a great company.๐

SKY IS THE ONLY LIMIT๐ - Sit back, look at the mirror and start talking to yourself...you'll get answers for all your unanswered questions even without you realising.
- Spend some time at the orphanages or old folks home....you'll begin to appreciate life when you look at how their life is.๐๐๐
- Watch cartoons!!!...like Mickey Mouse,Teletubbies,Winnie The Pooh and many more,you'll feel like going back to childhood back again,๐ป๐ญ๐ป
- Take a blank piece of paper, write down whatever that's running in your mind... whatever that's disturbing your mind then, go burn that paper and that's how you burn off your problems.✐✐✐
- Stop listening to people...Use your own freaking brain and do what it says but think before acting, if you know that it's not going to do any harm,then go on with it! Because naysayers exist everywhere.๐ ๐ซ๐
- Put a funny makeup on yourself and stand in front of the mirror...You'll enjoy the face you see on the mirror!
- Eat chocolate...especially dark chocolate,dark chocolates are found to be a good mood-lifting snack.๐ซ๐ซ๐ซ
- Hug your loved ones( or bolster will also do)...you will feel really really good!
- Sleep and SLEEP....your mind and body needs a break,give it some time and that's when it'll be able to function optimally.๐ค๐ค๐ค
- Play games!...Make sure it is a game that makes you feel better for playing.๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ
- Workout,exercise...these physical activity produces endorphins,a hormone that improves your mood.
- Smile to people....Don't get heartbroken when they don't smile at you back because when they don't smile,it's their problem and you're just fine!๐๐๐
- Pray,meditate, do yoga ...and keep yourself calm so that your brain can always take the right decision or take the decision right.
- Go for a body massage or spa or aromatherapy....it is okay to get yourself a treat at times.
- Help others...give a hand for those who are in need,it'll reduce others' burden.
- Spend time with your friends or family or spouse or anyone that'll be worth spending time with...not only you can have closer ties with them but you can also learn more about humans' behaviour. ๐ช
